1. About these terms
By using Aforia you agree to these terms. Read them together with our privacy policy, which describes how we handle your data.
2. Who may use Aforia
Aforia is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. You use the app for yourself and your partner, and you're responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Your account
Keep your login details secret and choose a strong password. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your device safe.
4. How you use Aforia
Aforia is a private space for two. Use the app respectfully and with mutual consent. You may not:
- use the app without your partner's agreement;
- harass, pressure or harm anyone;
- abuse, hack, overload or circumvent the service;
- collect or misuse other people's content or data.
5. Mutual consent comes first
Aforia is deliberately designed so no one is pressured: a match only happens if you both want it, and intimacy is always a choice for both partners, in and outside the app. A "Yes" in the app is an invitation, not an obligation.
6. No medical advice
Aforia is meant for pleasure and connection, not as medical, psychological or relationship-therapy advice. If you have concerns about your health or relationship, consult a professional.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep Aforia running well, but can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, add or discontinue features. The app is provided "as is".
8. Intellectual property
The name Aforia, the design, the texts and the software are ours. The data you enter remains yours; you only grant us the right to process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of Aforia. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. In case of serious misuse, we may restrict or terminate an account.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms. For significant changes we'll let you know. The date at the top indicates the latest version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
